Dobra lokalizacja, blisko galerii Arkadia, w pobliżu przystanków, a przy odrobinie szczęścia- bliżej Powązek , można trafić bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe (niedaleko zakładu pogrzebowego). Świetny (duży) balkon.
