Although the building is a bit run-down, the apartment was bright, clean, and comfy.
The location is very central (it can be a bit noisy at times), just about two blocks from the main station with a couple of good options to eat nearby.
the location [nowogrodska 44] very central - train, bus, tram all nearby . the apt. is located in one of the rare pro-WW2 buildings which survived.
i preferred this very much to an apt. in a modern block. only problem for some travelers could be that there's no elevator [3rd floor]
very good WIFI , spacy, quiet and clean, good kitchen - bathroom and salon, choice of 2 beds .
had a wonderful stay there , also helped by unusual good weather .

Easy access and mobility around the city, Great accommodation with amazing assistance, everything was provided upon request. Superb view of Warsaw Skyline. I recommend.
Location is simply perfect, close to the Palace and subway station, great view.
When you book this accommodation you need to pay attention to the exact address where you’ll be staying or double check it with the host as some of the apartments listed under this address are at a different location (generally in the Warszawa Centralna area). I booked an apartment which turned out to be on a high floor without an elevator (though an elevator was listed among the amenities). But the host kindly offered us to move to a different apartment. The apartment I originally booked was very quiet with all the windows facing the inner courtyard. There were some issues inside the apartments but I informed the host and he said he’d take care of them which is very kind of him.
