For the price, this guesthouse is great value. The restaurant Sopa I Lis across the street has awesome food and service and I would recommend to anyone! The rooms are very cozy and easy to get a good nights sleep. Very quiet, good temperature, and as a bonus, there is even a fan in the room and billiards downstairs.
The view was wonderful! We had the appartment with the terrace so the access to the terrace was very nice ! Easy to access from the center of Zakopane and to get to hiking trails.
- Perfect location. Very quiet place. You can walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes. A small food store is just a couple minutes walking distance.
- Amazing views to the mountains from the windows/balconies.
- Billiard/pool table on the ground floor was a huge bonus for us when it was raining outside.
- Helpful and nice host/personnel.
- Parking space.
- The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.
- Comfortable beds, good quality bedding/feather-bed.
- The apartment was cosy and clean.
- Playing ground for kids.
- We will definitely choose this place to stay next time we visit Zakopane.

7. Skiing facility not far from the house. You can see it from the window a bit to the left (as well as Gubalowka a bit to the right).

Good and quiet locality. Access code instead of physical key. Proximity of small shop. Billiard in basement. In room there was everything what we needed.
