The place is a one-room studio with a small, nice terrace, 10-min away from the tram and bus stops, so it is in a good location. It is also close to the city center. The place is in a new-looking building in an enclosed area. There is a Carrefour nearby. The river is also 10-15 minutes away and there is a good walking path along the river. There is also a shopping mall within a 15-20-minute walking distance. The building looks safe, with an entrance code and all. The parking space is underground, and close to the elevator.
Perfect place, you have everything you need for apartment. Secured area, underground parking which was perfect for us. Plenty of shops nearby, overall perfect stay with no issues.

The best part was the location. Close to the center and convenient parking. The apartment has all the necessary things for a short or long stay. cozy and quiet.We are allowed to leave the car before arrival, the owners are responsive and respond to requests
It was trully amazing. The apartmant has everything you need, it is clean, beautiful and we really loved it that we could park our car in a private garage.
