The location is good with the bus stop in front of the hotel, so it’s easy to get around. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, especially Ania, who helped me make a phone call to Booking’s customer service agent when I had a booking problem with a hostel in Gdansk. Even though my booking still got cancelled, I truly appreciated her patience and help.
