Overall the facilities were very nice. You can't beat the location for being close to action of Centro area and also the praias, fort, casino, etc. Close to all but not on, so it's quiet. Also just a couple blocks from metro.

The terrace apartment (D) is nicely designed, with lots of light. The terrace is a nice bonus, and there is a washing machine and refrigerator as well, and also a Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules). The building has a nice common area and kitchen (shared with 3 other apartments), with enough kitchen supplies to make a simple meal. It's a few minutes walk from the Povoa de Varzim metro stop, and there's the municipal market within a ten minute walk, and the Pingo Doce supermarket, plus some decent restaurants. Fast, good wifi. Self check-in (no staff on premises).
