Good location, near to everything but in a less crowded location.
Location and facilities within are excellent. Give Cozy is in the title I expected it to be much smaller than it is.
Large room, lots of storage. Washing machine was great! Bathroom is lovely and bed is comfy.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the waterfront and other attractions. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet at night.
