I stayed here as it was close to friends. It is very close to a metro, food shops and local bars. The area is much more Portuguese than Porto central. There is a shared kitchen. I stayed in a double room with en suite.
The location was close to my point of interest.
Basically, is a room that you rent for a couple of days.
The staff is great, it is clean, cozy and close to the metro.
