Location; size; view; accommodating an early check-in. Ricardo met us with a wealth of information which was nice. We'd suggest that it be sent to guests prior to arrival to help planning the stay.
Very clean apartment close to supermarket and downtown sites. Loved the balcony and easy parking near the building. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.
Sparkling clean. Proper cleaning and towel/bedding changed after a week.
