The location was great just in the heart of old town very close to places tourists usually need and go.
No breakfast. Location is great for exploring Ponta Delgada. Kitchen is small, but adequate for 2. Bonus to have a private patio at the back - no view, but great to sit outside in the morning or evening.
Very clean. Big house with everything you need. Also all the detergent for cleaning is available, which I liked because I have not seen that much at other places.
Host is friendly and there was this one day where I locked my self out (by leaving the key in the door). He arrived in 15 minutes to help me out.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé.
Des places de parking sont toujours disponibles dans la rue (payantes mais gratuites à partir de 19 h et le dimanche toute la journée). Sinon un garage prend le relais juste devant l'appartement.
Étant traversant, il permet d'agréables courants d'air.
Une terrasse attenante à la chambre permet de prendre repas ou pause en extérieur alors qu'on est en plein centre ville.
Une machine à laver le linge et tous les produits sont à disposition.
Pour finir différents produits locaux nous attendaient pour démarrer notre séjour (café, thé local, gâteaux secs, boîte de sardines...) Très sympa ! 👍
