The room in the hotel is like an apartment, with kitchen, bathroom, lounge. There is everything you need.
Very pleasant host, responds to messages instantly and helps with any issue.
Nice little things: there is a bidet, there was already ice in the freezer, there are 2 coffee makers (capsule and with bags), air conditioner, stove, oven.
Great location a couple of minutes walk from Sao Biento metro and rail station. Close to cathedral and river in the heart of the old town. A few homeless people in old market opposite, but other than hearing them occasionally, they don't cause any problems.
Absolutely perfect location. City centre, at a walking distance of all major atractions and monuments. Very clean room, very confortable. Across the street of the train station, connection with buses and metro. Super friendly staff, always available, gave us lots of info about the city, what to see and where to eat. They offered us traditional "natas", a kind of pastry, because we asked for recomendations of places to eat traditional food. It was a very nice gesture. We saw some drug addicts in the neighbourhood but were told they were not dangerous and we really never had any problems and never felt unsafe even at late hours (we really enjoyed the city's nightlife, don't miss it). It was a perfect stay. We highly recomend it.
