We loved the location, close to subway, bus and easy walking. Our room, the kitchen, shared space, bathrooms and entrance way was very clean and the showers had great pressure and lots of hot water. We never had to pair to use the bathroom! Hosts came into our shared spaces and cleaned every day - they were helpful and easy going. Guests were respectful and kitchen was useful with good utensils, good stove, fridge and pantey. Our floor had nice windows for cross breeze.
Area has lots of variety with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. Pequeno Cafe at Arroios Market was my favorite and my husband loved the traditional Old European Coffee and Pastal de Nata shop right across the street. Amazing Indian on corner for grab and go, Fresh squeezed OJ and quick groceries at Minipreco Express, money exchange 5 shops away.
