Very good stay. Quit big room with all luxury. Good beds. Great breakfast. Nice friendly staf.
The system with the electronic card to access the building and the room is fantastic, the design of the installations and the room itself is beautiful.
The play room with the pool table, big sofa and tv screen allows you to spend a great time.
In the morning the breakfast was very diverse with everything fresh and tasty.
The owner was very lovely and always concerned with our accommodations for the best service possible

Quiet location about 15 min drive from Aveiro , easy secure parking, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, nice bathroom
We only stayed there for one night, but everything seems perfect. Room is clean and spacious, they even have an elevator in the villa for 3 floors, so you can take your luggage on and off very easily. Breakfast is good, not a lot of choices, but for a guesthouse is good enough. The staff are all friendly and helpful, a very peaceful and comfortable one-night stay there in the north of Portugal before we went back to Lisbon.
