Very good location, within reach of the city center by walk. The apartament is spacious, has all the required amenities and appliances (washing machine, separate clothes dryer machine, iron machine, kitchen appliances, cutlery, glasses, and dishes, etc.) and it is located in a quiet area. Grocery store within 3-4 minutes walk or a bigger supermarket within 5 minutes drive or 15-20 min by foot. We have always found a parking spot on the street (it's a long one way street, with no assigned parking spots occupied based on first come, first served principle) in case the parking spots in front of the building weren't vacant and this was important given that we've rented a car to get along Sao Miguel. Overall, it deserved the value for money. We stayed in mid-July.
