The unit was amazing; clean, comfortable, close to mini mart, cafes, restaurants and metro. Quiet and restful nights. We left a bag on the FlixBus and Carlos went way out of his way to contact the depot, and pickup and deliver the bag to the apartment. We were ever so grateful. He gave us lots of suggestions for sites, restaurants and things to do. Walking to the river is about 25 min, or you can take the metro or Bolt. We decided to take a Bolt to the airport but could have taken the metro. Weather was perfect. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this apartment to all.

We were greeted and shown through by Carlos on a miserable, rainy night after a long flight delay, which was appreciated. He was very generous with his time and responded to questions promptly. The apartment was well equipped but compact. The elevator was a bit clunky, but better than taking the stairs!

The apartment was well suited for 3-4 occupants. Parking was an issue, but we were able to make it work. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were good quality. Apartment was clean and had what we needed for a two night stay. The host, Carlos, was very helpful and provided lots of information in advance of our arrival which was very helpful. The apartment was quiet and we were able to have the a/c working as it was very smoky in the city due to the wildfires. The shades on the windows helped to reduce the heat in the apartment during the day while we were gone. The lift/elevator worked well, but we tried to use the stairs whenever possible. Only issue was trying to turn the lights on in the stairs. Great location - easy access to walk anywhere in the city within 20 minutes.

Perfect location about a 20 minute walk to city center. Comfortable beds and amenities. 4th floor. Elevator. Walking distance to everything.

Carlos was very responsive to our questions and concerns. A great location and comfortable accommodations.
