The room was clean with a big clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. There was a communication lack with some due to the fact they were not speaking very good English but we manage to communicate with someone else! We have been traveling to take part in an International Cycling Race a bit far from the place we were staying so when we asked them for early breakfast or a small box in the morning, they prepared everything the night before and we had them in the room. The awesome detail was that the lady in the breakfast place noticed the favourite food we ate the previous morning and brought us the same. Really kind gesture. Thank you!!!

Bus Stop for Rede Expressos just outside the next street so you just have to walk round for few minutes to the hotel.
Alphonso Cafe sells the tickets to the bus routes back Porto and Vizeula.
