It's a cute place done up to a high standard.
The top floor is very nice, yet a bit challenging for a tall guy.
It should get some updates/renovation going in the short (some TLC).
Love the Bluetooth speaker in the room.
Loved the property, rooms have aplenty of space and comfy bed even the sofa bed was comfy. Very close to everything the little park across the street had great drinks and snacks. And plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
The Charm Flats are superbly located in the heart of Lisbon and well positioned to walk to many of the city’s attractions. Our stay was terrific and made all the better with the assistance of Isabell in the Charm Flats office.
The room was on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of the city from an extensive balcony with comfortable seating. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities you could want. This apartment was extremely affordable and provided great value for money considering its location.
Our flight was delayed to late evening, so the hosts emailed us a door code. They were very communicative, though we never actually met them. The studio was delightful - just as shown in the photographs. We particularly liked the balcony overlooking the park. It's a fairly quiet part of town, but within easy walking distance of the Avenida Metro station. A bonus was that the apartment was serviced every second day - something we hadn't anticipated.
