This place was exactly what I wanted as a solo traveller who didn’t want to stay in a hostel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the whole place was clean and well taken care of, and I felt very safe being there. Sharing a washroom was never an issue and it was almost always available. One of the best places I stayed during my 3 week trip!

Clean and neat room, friendly staff, daily room-cleaning, free tea & juice & pastries (early morning). Location is good - not very central but convenient and in a safe neighborhood.
Just what I needed for my short stay. The facility was clean and well kept. I arrived a little a couple hours before check in, but the staff was very kind and stored my luggage until the room was ready. My room was a mite cold but I think that's typical for Portugal, especially the older buildings. Warm bedding and a heater kept me cozy though. A nice little sitting area stocked with snacks, coffee and tea was a lovely plus.
