The hosts were nice, everything was clean, great location. There was a shared bathroom that is located downstairs, it was very clean and didn't feel like a shared bathroom.

If you want an authentic experience of Ponta Delgada - this is your place. The location is ideal - you find yourself in an old building on a quiet street at a walking distance, just minutes, from the historical center and everything you may need or may want to see. The place is clean, comfortable, and gives you a feeling of being a family guest. Afonso is very friendly and helpful, providing good advice on everything non-obvious that you may need in town, from places to eat and buy (Apito Dourado was his recommendation of a closest good place to eat) to fado concerts. It will always stay as a good memory. Strongly recommended.

The guesthouse is nicely located in the heart of Ponta Delgada, a short walk away from the arches and the main bus stop. The hosts are very good people and helped me with directions to good restaurants and grocery stores. My room had a small refrigerator, a small microwave oven, a coffee maker, a ventilator, and a few other amenities. I slept very well. Above all, it gave me an affordable way to stay a few days in the Azores.

The place was super 5 mins walking from the center.. room was what we needed
