Very well located in a quiet and very accessible neighborhood. Rooms with ocean view! Very nice and attentive staff. A lovely fruit basket was waiting for me in the room, as well as a lot of coffee pods. I loved my stay there! Parking on the street is very easy, and there are many restaurants all around.

This is a super fun location to be based at while in the Ponta Delgada area. You have views of the ocean, lovely balcony space, plenty of street parking nearby, and you can get into town by taking a 20-min walk. The room we had was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall value was exceptionally good. I would love to come back.

Wished we had a key for basement rear exit as parking was scarce at times due to the popular restaurant next door. In the rear of building there was plenty of parking.

It was clean bed was comfortable and had a nice ocean view.

The property was a great location, about a mile walk to the city center along the water. Instructions to check in were super clear. The property had a great hot tub, was very clean, and was perfect for our stay. Our host was very responsive and provided information about the island and left snacks, water and coffee. Highly recommend Cais 20 restaurant down the street!
