Very well maintained building, grounds and pool. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Fantastic views from balcony.

Great place to stay beautiful views and close to everything the supermarket is about 15 minutes away and the marine is a five minute walk

The apartment was very well proportioned and very well laid out. The furniture inside was also tastefully done and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with water heater, fridge, washing machine (with detergent), and a dishwasher. There was also a separate freezer. The cutlery was also very stylish and utilitarian. The living room was well proportioned and opened into a balcony that had absolutely STUNNING sea views with amazing sun-rises. The air-conditioning cum heater was sufficiently powerful for the cold of winter. The location of the apartment is about 10 mins from the train station and the marina. So was very convenient. Even though all the action was near the town center which was 25 mins away, it was worth the walk to enjoy the views this location has. The supermarket Pingo Doce was some 10 mins walk away as well.

The apartment was roomy and close to amenities. it was a nice place to stay with a great view of the marina and the ocean.
