A thoughtfully furnished, modern flat in the heart of Funchal with a spacious outdoor deck looking up the mountain. The building appears to be mostly commercial units so on weekends and holidays you seem to have the place to yourself. The location cannot be beat! Walk to all the best destinations in Funchal.
Everything about this apartment is amazing - Carlos was kind enough to leave a delicious Madeiran wine and some tasty traditional snacks on the counter. He followed up throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed.
I stayed here for 9 days, and chose the apartment because it met all my criterias, i.e. a washing machine. The apartment is so central! I couldn't have picked a better location with this one, but what's really intetesting is that it's so quiet dueing the nights.
What I loved the most - the huge terrace. I enjoyed many moments here.
I would absolutely recommend Carlos' place to anyone wanting an exceptional stay!
It was modern, had everything you could think of for your stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the patio was awesome. The host was very communicative and accommodating!
Amazing property. Very clean, stylish, spacious, and INCREDIBLE location. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Carlos was very responsive and assisted with everything. There was even a bottle of wine upon my arrival!
The place is perfect! Great location. Comfortable. Private. Spacious. Has everything you need. The veranda is huge. Oh, and the host.....wonderful person who could not have been more helpful!
The place is as advertised....and maybe a bit better.
You are right in the heart of oldtown Funchal. ...walk out your door to restaurants and shops if you want to pick up some food and drink for back at the apartment.
