Very nice apartment. Sparkling clean, big bedroom, spacious kitchen and leaving room. Looks like new. close to the beach and old town with lots of restaurants.
Lots of space . Very clean . Loved the balcony - good location.
Greatly enjoyed this wonderful apartment for two-weeks in January. The apartment is 10 minute walk to Lagos center and 10 minute walk to beach; plus 5 minute walk to the wonderful boardwalk trails of the coastline. Spar grocery right next door and other larger groceries within a 20 minute walk. The wifi worked fantastic all over the apartment. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with quality pots/pans, utensils, tupperware, etc; which made cooking a joy. The separate spaces allowed us to heat only the rooms we wanted; the apartment felt very large for two people. The shower was hot (though very steamy without strong ventilation). Host was communicative and even offered a mid-stay cleaning. Sadly, we could not utilize the balcony as much as we would have liked, as it was January and the patio did not get direct sunlight. All in all, this was a fantastic experience that I can highly recommend (especially given the discount off-season pricing in January).
Very comfortable, very quiet apartment in a great location just outside the old town walls. There's a grocery store a half block away for easy supplies. Apartment was very clean, besides the balcony which had a lot of sand - a bummer because every time we went out on it, we tracked sand back into the apartment. A/C in living room and bedroom. The whole place was comfortable and spacious, with lots of places to put stuff, and in a great location. Overall a great stay.
This is a large one bedroom apartment within 50 meters of one of the gates to the old town of Lagos. It has a large living/dining room and a large eat in kitchen. The balcony is also large and accessible from the living room and the kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor of a quiet 4 floor building which is primarily occupied by local owners. There is not an elevator. From the apartment, it is a 10-15 minute walk to any part of the town. There is a Spar grocery store within a 2 minute walk and several restaurants nearby. The employees we dealt with from the property management company were professional, courteous and very responsive. We have re-booked for next year.
