Lovely flat, very high quality and amazing nice host.
A wonderful, spacious apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with a very nice kitchen in a larger apartment complex (including a swimming pool). Only a very small number of the apartments are rented to tourists - so there is not the usual dense "tourist traffic". We very much liked the use of wood (hardwood floors, cabinets etc.) in the building and in the apartment. We felt very much welcome by the host, Joana, who was immensely helpful, friendly and hospitable. The apartment is located in the marina district, only a 10-15 min walk to the center of the town. It has all the amenities one would for a stay with friends - dishwasher, washing machine. The highlight was an electric orange squeezer which produced large amounts of fresh "sumo de laranja"! Three large supermarkets (2 Pingo Doce, 1 Lidl) are in walking distance.
The apparent was spotless and had a beautiful clean smell when we entered. The beds were extremely comfortable as was the sofa bed which was the best sofa bed Ive ever had in a holiday let. The apartment is very roomy with a large balcony with a nice outlook. Importantly the air conditioning was brilliant in every room. Beautiful apartment we would return in a heartbeat. I must mention the apartment host Joana, she was so helpful and nice.
De gastvrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk. We konden eerder inchecken en er stond wijn, bier, fris en fruit klaar voor ons. De locatie is top, dicht bij de haven en het zwembad is heerlijk om even af te koelen. Zeker een aanrader!
Het is een zeer ruim appartement, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De vriendelijke en gastvrije gastvrouw stond ons al op te wachten bij aankomst en heeft ons vervolgens alles laten zien en toegelicht. Zij is erg behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar. Het appartement heeft ook een zeer ruim balkon. Overigens kwamen wij vrij laat aan en konden gebruik maken van een zeer ruim gevulde mand met fruit.
Het appartement is dicht bij de jachthaven, het centrum van Lagos en het strand gelegen en op loopafstand (vijf minuten) van een grote supermarkt.
