The central location, communication with the host, the cleanliness of the apartment.
The location is absolutely perfect; very close to restaurants, cable car and centre of Funchal. There is a view of the sea less than 100 yards ahead and you can watch ships come and go through the trees.
The contact, Tiago was extremely helpful in accommodating storage of luggage outside normal check-in/out times.
The location was excellent, near the old town, plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance . Cable car right there and a short walk to town centre . It was spacious and mainly quiet.
Location was perfect, in the heart of the old town with a view of the sea from the gorgeous terrace.
