2nd time there. Great location, staff, free coffee, comfortable beds
Love the close to everything but not in the middle of everything location. Old building with character. Kept extremely clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. Wonderful staff. Many showers and toilets. Free coffee in the morning. Good kitchen. I've already scheduled another stay
Beds were very comfortable with USB charger and light and curtains. Kitchen fully equipped. A supermarket just near by. Close to 2 metro stations and the railway station to Sintra.
Be prepared that everywhere u go - there would be no flat streets - it will always go up or down. It's a free exercise for you, but when you are already tired it can be too much. Better choose metro Marquis de Pombal when u arrive first with your bags, and go to metro Avenida when u leave. That way you will go mostly downhill.
The reception team was very helpful. I had a problem with my flight and they promptly solved my issue. The location is great.
Miguel was tremendous... Worked through a small issue with ease and affability, was able to recommend local artisans such as a Mother/daughter pair of seamstresses who were able to mend some of my clothes and they in turn recommended a place to fix my shoes. Both services were exceptional... also recommended a Nepalese restaurant that was the best my friend and I ever ate at. Comfortable mattresses and great kitchen facilities also!
