It cought us by surprise that there was nobody from the establishment present the entire day and night that we stayed there. We took advantage of the laundry room that was provided but with nobody there we had no way to pay for the service. I messaged the contact thru booking.com and they very quickly responded and sent me a link to pay by card which I did. I must say that the contact sent us the codes we needed to get inside and to our room in advance so there was no problem with that. The place was beautiful and comfortable and frankly quite peaceful. I would recommend this place and stay there again.
