This was one of the best hotels we stayed in while in Portugal. Convenient, unpretentious, very well set up with free coffee, snacks, and with a very helpful host. The location was excellent, with a great view of the historical parts of Coimbra on the hill. The room was extremely comfortable, with a lot of space.
Great location in Coimbra - just across the river. Easy, free, covered parking a block away. Very easy check in and nicely maintained historic building.
Staff (Sophia) is great. She knows everything and is pleasant.
The lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful. Location perfect just across the river. Bus stop in front. Parking on site. Room was perfect for us. Good view of coimbra at night. They provide coffee,teafruit and snacks. Our host pointed out restaurants and stores close by.
Great location. Nice room with lovely outlook towards the university and old city. And the staff - just fantastic! Kind, warm and knowledgeable. Always up for a chat about the city, and there to answer questions and give excellent advice about restaurants and places to visit. Both Sofia and Maria were outstanding.
