There was a problem with my first reservation, but they immediately offered another room similar to the one I booked.
The place was super clean and comfortable.
If it wasn't for the toilet flush, that was partially broken, I would have given a 10.
The room was very nice, walkable to the city centre.
Location, close to Metro and Sao bento station (4stops), nice room size, close to shopping, the electronic door locks.
I like how it's designed, it's pretty and the place itself is in a good area, you can use the kitchen
The location is great and very accessible via public transport. There is a pretty park nearby and depending on which room you get, it's pretty quiet too.
