There were no staff and check in was with a code received on mail

Everyone is very nice
A dream location for exploring Como during the day and were more than helpful with securing a taxi to travel to the middle of the lake last min when a driver had to cancel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Breakfast was excellent as well.
Very comfortable bed. Excellent heating. Views from the balcony.
All bedrooms have verandas, the beds were comfortable, free parking, close to everything
