A one bedroom apartment in a fashionable new building with an underground private parking, gorgeous lobby. Walkable distance from main city attractions. Anything you need during your stay including kitchen, washing machine, dish washing, balcony etc.

Excellent condition of the room, everything is new, clean and comfortable; the beautiful view from the windows also worths mentioning.

The location is excellent - you can walk to the main sights of the city in 20-30 minutes. A modern new house with a designer lounge and elevators. Very clean and stylish. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, ergonomically, a lot of light sources, places for storing things, a bright space, a cozy atmosphere inside. The kitchen with a full set of household appliances and dishes is in excellent condition. The snow-white ironed linen and fluffy towels were especially pleasing. The mattress is not very soft, we were comfortable. The pillows are comfortable too, there is a choice. Parking in an underground parking lot in a big city is an undeniable plus. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, there is a sense of privacy, as the windows overlook the enclosed courtyard. There are two chain supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.
