I stayed in three different rooms for three different days. Each one was special to fit the needs of an individual, family or couple perfectly. The location was absolutely spot on amazing for waking up and walking in either direction to explore from. What truly stood out was Beatrice, the front desk clerk. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Recommendations, she was on it. Midnight panic extension, she responded immediately. Moral and emotional support through crisis, she made me laugh and feel safe and positive moving forward as a solo traveler. Help booking a train to Lagos, she walked me through each step. I don’t know what my stay would have been like without her but I do know that with her, I made it in and out of Lisbon in one piece as I ventured forward to Lagos.

Wonderful Stay! I absolutely loved the room, it was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed and within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
