Friendly staff, very welcoming and always happy to help with any issues. Very understanding.
The staff was so friendly in saving the breakfast I had ordered and packing it into the refrigerator for me. I was running late for attending a conference and it was so helpful that they did this for me. Thank you so much!!
The receptionist was very helpful upon arrival. They were very accommodating of storing my bags both at arrival and after checkout. I had a lovely view, and the fresh air was very refreshing with all the windows open. The location was within walking distance of downtown area and the water, and very close to the bus station.
Conveniently located near the bus stop for those arriving from the airport. Within walking distance to downtown Funchal and the seafront.
The room is small, but there is a wonderful terrace. City center is only 10 minutes on foot away. I was on the 3rd floor so it was quiet with great views of Funchal.
