It so peaceful, everyone was friendly. The rooms are better than most of the hotels in Lisbon.
This place had what we needed, it's clean and affordable. We appreciated it's location on the quiet side of the city.
Staff is responsive within minutes when you write to them online.
Hostel, staff, cleanliness of room and washroom were good. Location was not far from the hostel. There was a common kichennete where fridge, cofee machine, kettle and necessary utensils were provided.
This hostel uses online staff - they can be reached via Whatsapp which I like because I am a Deaf traveler and it made my stay much easier. I loved that I could self check-in and out: it made the process much easier. Hostel is within 20 min walk to the city centre, but for someone who loves walking like me, that was not an issue. Also, the room was very spacious, clean, and private. It even had a TV. The bathrooms were very spacious and clean. I loved that some bathrooms were accessible only by specific rooms lowering the likelihood of finding it busy.
Very good location. Self check in was so comfy. Room was clean and it has a beautiful balcony. There were kitchen supplies in the common kitchen.
