Location easy acces to airport clean rooms excellent staff.

The two lady receptionist, SO very kind! Very nice and clean room, good AC, good location, close to cafes and restaurants.

Although the hotel itself is a little far from the city a very worst trip especially for the price and comfort. I had to go to a emergency to the hospital. The employee help me get around the city and explain to me about the hospital situation in Portugal.

I loved the location of Hotel Italia! You definitely have to use the Metro or HoHo Bus to access most attractions & the city center but that's why I loved the location, that and it's super close to Jardim Calouste Gulbenkian. The Hotel is surrounded by places to eat, there's a grocery store across the street and Metro Sao Sebastiao.

Continental breakfast was good and contained all the choices we would expect for that type of breakfast. The en-suite bedroom was small but comfortable, clean and adequate. The location is good - a quiet area of the city, but only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, 5 minutes to the underground and 10 minutes to the railway station to Sintra. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a Lidl supermarket across the road for buying daily essentials like bottled water. Reasonable restaurants within a one minute walk if needed. Gulbenkian park and museum within 3 minutes walk.
