I have stayed here before so returned because it was very good previously. I was not disappointed returning again. The staff were very good and attentive when needed, but also left you to enjoy your own time. The facilities were very clean and functional. This isn't a 5 star hotel more 3 star but excellent value & location and the breakfast included is very good for all tastes, buffet style but unlimited food and drinks of good wholesome quality, a great start to the day.
Bedroom was clean and practical and I mentioned a lack of a fridge previously and this visit I noted it was added, so they listen to feedback to improve also, which is very reassuring.
I noted other guests included couples and family, though I travelled alone but everyone seemed happy and content, a good sign generally.
What a quaint and neat hotel. We loved our stay. The staff and owner are friendly, helpful and most accommodating. Breakfast has a wide range of choices to cover every person's taste. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

We arrived early after a long day of cycle touring to be greeted warmly by the proprietor and receptionist, served cold orange juice, had our bikes stored securely and shown to our immaculate room before we hoped possible. This attention to our comfort, the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel and the excellent and generous breakfast made our short stay memorable. Highly recommended!
