That it is located in BonJesus, which gave me access to wonderful places. But also it is far from the city, if I didn’t had a car, I would’ve find it really hard to go to the city

Great location and excellent staff. Very good value for money.

Staff were very friendly and explained that some roads were planned to be closed the next day, told me an alternative route, and gave me a room on a quieter floor. The room was big and comfortable, there were enough blankets and everything in the bathroom was working without issues and there were always hot water. Breakfast provided a lot of choice, was delitious, and the breakfast hall was big enough and with a lot of tables. The location is in a park which you just cross, and you are on Bom Jesus do Monte. Very nice for night walks and observing the city from above.

To start, Hotel do Lago is closed during the time we booked, we were not supposed to get a room there. Unaware to us, the 4 hotels in the area are from the same company, so we were transferred to Hotel do Parque, which is right next to Bom Jesus. The staff was very kind and helpful in solving the wrong booking issue and find our room, even more, as an apology, they gave gave us a nice bottle of wine. They were very helpful with information and tips, including providing free toothbrushes/toothpaste. The room we got was superb, with a nice view of Bom Jesus and excellent facilities. The breakfast is the best, buffet style with hot items and plenty of nice things to eat/drink
