It was warm in cold weather. The shower was hot and had good pressure. But only enough hot water for one person. Refrigerator was very nice. Train, metro, bus station (all in one) was a five minute walk. I utilized one or more of all three forms on any given day. It was quiet. No road or neighbor noise.
The fact that the AC controller doesn't really control the AC temperature options was a let down.. Besides that the house is a great place to stay if you want to spend the night.
If I had to rate it I'd give it a 4/5.
Very nice and homely place, tidy, clean, very helpful owner, definetly recommend.
I like your neighbour she's very friendly! :) The place is quite far but it is still within walking distance, especially for young adults. There are plenty of restaurants as well nearby. So access for food is easy and the food is good too :D
Very nice neighbourhood and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed our stay there a lot!
