Gorgeous view, amazing facilities, great breakfast! Hosts were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Filipe is an incredible host, very personable, helped with recommending restaurants, as well as things to see and do in the area. It’s a great location with amazing views, very relaxed environment, an excellent breakfast & welcoming glass of port.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed every minute! We were welcomed with homemade port wine and really good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, The air conditioning was working very well and made our stay convenient on really hot days. We enjoyed breakfast and infinity pool, and a jacuzzi in the evening as well. Overall our stay was exceptional and we will definitely recommend this gem of Dou ro valley and will arrange another trip to come back!

Everything was top notch, clean, beautiful and very cozy. I especially liked the pool with a beautiful view of the river and the valley. Just a stunning view. I want to say a big thank you to the owner Filipe for his hospitality. And personal attitude towards guests. And for his advice on how and where to spend a time and have lunch.

Excellent breakfast; best views one could dream of; perfect setting; most friendly and helpful staff. Just a marvelous experience. All rooms had a balcony and a gorgeous view. The infinity pool is absolutely gorgeous, private and it was just too bad that the weather was a little cold during our stay, in order for us to enjoy it. The same goes for the jacuzzi. The latest garden improvements are exquisite and tastefully done, taking full advantage of the glorious views of the Douro river .
