The bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice and humble. We are in ougust- not crowded at all.
The service was great. Everything we needed.
The pool is cute. 25 stairs- are not that bad... It is outside the main building, but it was ok.
Very clean.
The top floor/4th level rooms with available adjoining rooms and large terrace was an excellent space for a family of 3-5. The hotel staff was kind, knowledgeable & the facilities were wonderful. We swam almost everyday in the separately located solarium pool with adjacent lounge inluding chairs & seating area, bathrooms, showers & changing room including lockers. The rooftop terrace above the pool for taking in a view of the City of Agueda was an exceptional introduction to our stay. Gabrielle, Daniella, Luis & all staff made our staff very special. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. We should have taken better advantage of the full menu & lounge bar, but be aware the lounge is very cozy & the bar is charming with a wonderful selection of food & beverages
