One of the best stays I have ever experienced and I travel quite a lot. Everything was so smooth, self check-in & check-out with good instructions in advance. Clean and spacious room with a good location nearby public transportation. Luggage drop off possible before check-in and after check-out. My rare 10 goes to Koolhouse. Hope to come back again.
Host was very attentive. Apartment was large. Comfortable bed, decent shower, kitchen was very basically stocked. Parking available for extra charge. Good wifi.
Very cozy and well located accomodation. The room was very clean and light, we also got a parking spot for extra fee. We stayed for a weekend to participate in Porto half marathon, so good rest at night was essential for us and we rested well.
The check in was easy, we had no contact with the staff, and yet the instructions received by e-mail were enough for us to check in. The room was large and clean. We could park the car in the garden. It was safe: there is first a gate which is locked, and the front door is locked as well. It was easy to get in, by using the entry codes. There is a nice garden, but we didn't use it.
The room is spacious with most of the necessities. My flight was earlier than the check up but room was ready and they let me access it. Convenient location and easy directions to access the room.
