Quaint, Alentejo-style property, decorated with simplicity and comfort in mind. Modern bathroom.
The surroundings where beautiful
Relaxing peaceful & quite as the accommodation is quite isolated

We love this region of Portugal which is very authentic. The hotel is built on an old Quinta of traditional farm surrounded with of grazing pastures and almond orchards. The traditional architectural style of the Alentejo has long low buildings with characteristic high chimneys. Lodge Monte Do Sobral, is a good example of repurposed traditional architecture. it is one of the best ways to preserve portugal’s heritage buildings as well as it’s lifestyle. We appreciated our host’s and her staff’s welcome, the casual comfort of the place and the traditional breakfast.
