Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable mid-sized room. Despite being right "downtown" the room was very quiet. Parking opportunities were available on the street and in the hotel's garage. The breakfast was very good, with a ton of options.

The hotel is in a perfect location for seeing the sites or shopping at the Saturday outdoor market. Staff greeted us warmly when we arrived and showed us where to park. We were lucky and got a spot right across the street, on a little park. Our room was quiet as it faced the back of the hotel, although our friend facing the front complained about a barking dog that kept her awake. Breakfast was excellent with a minor exception, possibly a holdover from the days of the pandemic: jam packets instead of the homemade jams we’ve become used to at other hotels. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The breakfast was excellent. Huge variety to chose from.

Friendly staff during checking. Since I had to leave before breakfast, they packed me food I could pick up in the morning. The room was very nice and pleasantly heated. The location is great for exploring the old town of Loule.

Beautiful building, well kept and comfortable. Off the busy streets.
