Fantastic location, Vitor the hotel manager was very attentive and made us feel like we had a second home in Portimao! The place is immaculate and we were able to use the lounge area like our living room.

The location is a short taxi ride from the train station. There is a water view from the street and several restaurants and at least one grocery store close by. The owner was there in person to greet us and made himself available should we have any questions or requests. This personal touch was most welcome. It’s rare now in my experience for someone to take the time. I found the room most comfortable and the whole place shows the care that has been taken to make it attractive. Thank you for a most pleasant stay!

Above and beyond customer service experience! Me and my friend had a long flight from the USA to Portugal and we did not make it to Portimao until 8pm. Only when we got to the hotel we realized that check-in closed at 7pm. There was no one at the desk to help us and our reservation was already cancelled since we were late per the policy. We called the phone number they have at the door to seek for help. Once management Mr. Nuno got to know about our situation he left his family and friends in the middle of dinner and went out his way to come to NDS Prestige hotel and set up our room after hours. I must say Mr. Nuno went above and beyond our expectations! I am really happy to have picked this hotel for our stay! Thank you!
