Location, available parking, and staff. Facilities were very nice, although kitchen and one of 3 bedrooms a bit tight. Paulo was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Great flat and amazing location ! The contact with the owner was very smooth and she gave us very nice recommendations for places to visit in Porto.

The apartment location is amazing: Near Jardim do Morro park and train station, Ponte Luiz I bridge, and so many interesting places in Porto. I liked so much the views from the apartment, which was perfect for a family trip. Paulo is a great host and provided all the support and information we needed. The list of "things to do" he gave us was such a helpful guide.

Good location with free parking, quiet to stay but easy to explore the beautiful Porto. all's the best, highly recommended
