The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and very well equipped. It was a 5 minute walk down a steep hill to the edge of the old town and the first cafe bar which overlooks the sea/harbour. Lovely food/cocktails and great vibe with regular live music.
The balcony views of the city and harbour from the apartment living room and one of the bedrooms are wonderful. Gerardo was the perfect host. Excellent communication and very attentive and kind. He was so generous with a welcome tray of fruit, pastries, chocolate and drinks.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay again on my next trip.
The apartment was amazing. Very clean. Perfectly located to the old center of Funchal and very close to the beach. 20 min drive from airport .
The host is amazing. We were meet at the airport and drove back after the trip was done.
