Location is great, entering the building and apartment was simple. Apartment is as described. I did insure that i was getting the 2nd floor apartment so this review applies to that unit.
View is beautiful, apartment is not huge but sufficient for a couple.
Washer is in a shared location at the bottom of the stairs. We used it and that wasnt an issue for us
Kitchen is basic. As long as you know, not an issue at all
The area was quiet and a beautiful view of the ocean. Within walking diatance to cafes and grocery stores. You could walk to the beach.
The snacks and wine on the table were nice. It was located in a good area with proximity to Ponta Delgada. The ocean view and the closeness of the beach were nice. There is a lovely bakery nearby that we got breakfast at.
It was a simple check in. Codes were provided to get the keys.
The apartment is well equipped with a great view directly to the ocean. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby.
