Beautifull apartment in the heart of Funchal. The location is the BEST, on one hand it is a 10min walk to city center, on the other hand it is in a quite street with all the windows located towards innerblock.
It is situated on the 2nd floor, accesible by elevator or stairs.
It has 2 toilets, a shower and walk-in closet. New, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
AC is situated in living room, which is next door to bedroom, but it worked just fine and it kept the temperature just right.
You also can use the parking garage (included in price), which for Funchal is a great deal.
Nice modern apartment, exactly like the pictures. Building seems secure with front door always locked, and I liked having laundry, high speed wifi, and cooking abilities, all within walking distance to all of funchal center and old town. A little bit noise from neighbors but nothing unreasonable or prolonged. Everyone was very respectful and I enjoyed my stay!
Close to the city center. Parking place (eventhough it was tight). Nice tapas bar at the corner.
Modern, very clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of Funchal. Location is perfect - everything reachable by walk but outside of noisy touristic places. The surrounding is very quiet. There is parking lot belongs to apartment in the underground garage and this was really great as I was renting the car for the whole period of my stay and never got worried where to park my car. Although it was not mentioned on the property listing, the kitchen was equipped with dishwashing and washing machines which was great to discover on arrival. The big wardrobe and balcony were also great to have. Highly recommended!
Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement midden in het centrum van Funchal. De locatie is ontzettend handig, winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden zijn allemaal op loopafstand.
Het appartement zelf is ruim, modern en erg comfortabel. Het voelde direct als een prettige plek om thuis te komen na een dagje op pad.
Een groot pluspunt is de parkeergarage die bij het appartement hoort. De toegang is wat smal, maar als je rustig en voorzichtig rijdt is het goed te doen. Even wennen, maar daarna prima.
Wij zouden dit appartement zeker aanraden aan iedereen die comfortabel wil verblijven op een toplocatie in Funchal!
