Spacious and well kept apartment in a well kept building. Gets a lot of sunshine. Suitable for long stays as there is everything you might need. 30 min walk from the airport. The owner ir very friendly and easy to reach, acts quickly if there is a need to solve any problem.

Amazing and lovely apartment very close to the airport (4 min in a taxi), 5 min walk from the beach, coffee place downstairs. Great service (we did a late booking because of flight cancellation from Funchal and got the host messaged us immediately and gave all the checkin details).
Very well decorated. It felt welcoming clean and had alot of space.
The host provided alot of information and a helpful video to show how to get the keys and access to the flat. He was very proffessional and attentive. He would reply to my messages promptly.
Duarte was really responsive, recommended restaurants, car rental possibilities, all in all was really supportive. The apartment is close to the center, there is a nice bakery/restaurant downstairs, a pharmacy and also a greengrocery shop.
