We had a problem and it was immediately fixed
The hotel is a short walk from the bus terminal, very doable with luggage. Our room faced the back of the building with a nice sized balcony. There is a lift that was very important for my travelling companion. The staff was very friendly, giving suggestions for where to eat supper. Tavira is a great place to visit for anyone with mobility issues as the terrain is much flatter than area to the west.
Very close to everything in Tavira. Staff, especially Jessica who recommended O Patio for great traditional Portuguese meal, and Maria who was informative, kind, and warm! Room was as expected and quiet! Will stay again when in town!
The room was nice and large with a bit of a view. We were happy with the room. There was a great restaurant a block or two away from the hotel which was the high light of our stay in Tavira. The location was good in the sense it was close to the river and a tiny old town, but it was not close to the city center or stations.
You could not stay at a better location. This hotel in centrally located and right on the river. We were also able to park in their lot which was a nice bonus as so few hotels have parking.
